problems in Song Mode

i need your help guys.

I am about to finish my first song on my MPC - I've all my sequences lined up in order. Went to Song Mode to do this - then I went to hit CONVERT. Now all my sequences are lined up correctly one after another in one long sequence.

However, when I go to play, everything is wrong, the wrong samples are being played - i don't know what the hell is going on.

Before I converted it, in SONG MODE - everything was playing perfectly, the way it should. It's just when I convert it to a song, that's when it gets messed up. What's the deal here? Has this happened to anybody?

at one point the Tempo changes from 130 to 120? I didn't set that so i don't get why it's doing that.

I'm on JJOS1

every seq must have the same tempos (or tempo change data inserted)
same programs must be used for the same tracks in each seq
all non-recorded track muting is ignored

ah ha, that must be the one. gonna be tedious to go back and fix this.
