Before we lock this up....

At first I didn't judge you, but now I can't help but think maybe something is wrong with you.

JPEG u r a complete gimp...stop posting you dont know wat your on about...there are millions of records everywhere and i am sure that those you mentioned have not 'considered every record'. i hate you and your foolish ways!

lol

I hear ya enrole.

People that think like this have never been crate digging in their life or just really suck at it. I flipped a sample the other day I got off PBS by some no named orchestra. Shits hot. There are MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of records out there. You can't tell me every record has been flipped. Especially these days with all this club Lil John Synthy BS. Sampling isn't what it use to be but I plan to stay in the Hip Hop era and stray from this new Rap BS. IMO of course.

Again, Every record HAS NOT been flipped. Start diggin and you'll see the truth in that.

im saying some simple shit anyone who cant understand is retarded, point blank period

dont get caught up in the thread title it is headline to get u dummies in but what i said stacks up, u dun know u aint out digging no legends that have been digging for 15 years, come on now.

there aint much u gonna find that dudes aint seen u have realise that these dudes have teams of people digging on there behalf, as well as their own diggin, they have access to store houses u cant get into, dealers reserve records for them and u cant afford to buy the rare shit they drop a few 100 bills on.

alot of u r very stupid and u dont even realise ur just parotting the slogans.

of course u can chop notes from a shit record that no one wants to use but that aint the point, the idea was to find dope rare shit then flip the best sections of them rare records.

I could come at you from so many angles to show how you dont make sense but peep this . Your basically saying that all the top dogs have the money and connections to get that rare sh9t that the little dudes cant get . Okay I'm with you somewhat on that ( I say somewhat because I'm an official and from my experience I've learned that with hard work / good timing , you can come accross those same joints that you THINK are $300 -$500 records for 25 cents to $2.00 ) But at some point, since youre talking about established producers , I would have heard that beat made with that rare record being an avid underground hip hop fan . Honestly as I'm writing this I'm realizing what your post reallly should have been about . For every rare record Pete Rock finds and flips , there are 100 unkown cats that have found and flipped that record before him but the odds of them getting their version heard before his are very slim . ( well actually now they arent thanks to myspace and youtube ) .

Honestly though the name of the game was never just based on how rare your records were it was prolly like 80% how well you flipped the sample regardless of who what how or when it was used . In 2009 , if this is not how your mentality is , well........ I've never heard your music before, so I wont jump out there , but from the history , homework , culture side of this game , youre lost champ .Youre basically saying that there is nothing that Pete Rock , Buckwild etc has never heard and flipped before ? ?? Spanish , African , private pressed local joints included ????? ........ come on man think about that . I see what you were trying to say but youre very wrong , very wrong .

again most of u r very dumb, im not saying the pros that have been diggin for 15 - 20 years have a monopoly on all the records im saying that that having the connections they have and the fact they are in the production for living means they can devote more time to it add to the fact they have digging for longer they would of had a greater exposure to records.

so this means they have come accross more records then u so alot of dope shit they have either had access to and passed over.

does anyone really think that a dope record with lots of open loops and sounds will end up in the dollar bin? hell no cos its gonna be a sought after recrod that it will not filter down to ur local charity shop.

be real u faggotts im not saying u dudes dont make dope beats so i aint interested in checking ur myspace im saying dont lie to urselves u cowards.

that aint to say u cant make dope shit and flip the same records in interesting ways but dont delude urself into thinking u discovered a new continent someone has seen that same records that u found in ur local record shop.
