SCISI Cables

I need to know what type of SCSI cables I need to buy to hook up my from my "CD-ROM Drive to the ZIP Drive and then the ZIP Drive to my MPC2000". I need to know by today please email me the info so I can go ahead and get these. FLOPPY DISKS suck. [email protected]

yes. floppies are booboo.

depends on what your cd drive uses. my cd drive uses 50 pin. the zip is a 25 pin. and the mpc is of course 25 pin.

so i would use a 25 pin to 50 pin scsi cable for the cd drive to the zip. then another 25 pin to 25 pin cable from zip to mpc.

i hope this helps. everytime i tried connectin my cd drive to my zip drive then my zip to my mpc, it always made the mpc say wait...........

but i think it was my drive...oh well, good luck

2000XL is a 50 pin scsi connection. It really depends on your CD rom. The Zip is constant 25 pin, the MPC 2kXL is 50 pin super and the 2K is 25 pin, the CD rom could be 25 pin, 50 pin super, or the big 50 pin. Just need to match you connctors with you cables.
