Confused please help

Hi folks.
I have bought a 2500 and want the JJ os.
I have read all the info but find myself scratching my head.

Is XL the latest version?
Do I have to instal anything else before installing XL?
If I buy XL do I need to buy anything else?

Sorry if these are lame but its not clear to me as IM not understanding things.

How to Install XL

1. Please install and start free version Ver3.09. http://www7a.biglobe.ne.jp/~mpc1000/kazoechao.cgi?url=http://www7a.biglobe.ne.jp/~mpc1000/mpc2500/mpc2500_jv309.bin&name=MPC2500

2. [MODE] +PAD2 is hit and please display a load mode.
It is installable even from the load mode of Ver5.56 of OS1 and Ver1.22 of OS2.

If F5 (DO IT) key is pressed, update of OS will start.
If a "Completed" window is displayed, please reswitch on a power supply.



XL starts.

XL cannot use save mode, unless it enters a password.
