It is under Process\EQ\Parametric. The preset is called "Phone line effect. Of course you can tweak it to your liking. It is basically a Band-pass filter with a center frequency of 650 hz and a bandwidth of 1 oct.

Now THAT is what i was lookin for.... i mean the other ideas were good, like playin it back through the phone line and stuff, but i KNEW for a FACT that i could find that effect somewhere.... Thanks 2 all of you who helped me out and thanks to Drae and Guit for steerin me in the direction that i needed 2 be directed!

thats what many of us asaid chop at highs and lows...add some distortion...
