Sending NRPN?

Hey everybody!

I'm trying to trigger my Korg EMX-1 from my MPC 1000; the EMX manual gives a list of all controllable parameters together with their Controller-Number, but some say just "NRPN".

So what is this mystical NRPN and how can i send this from my MPC?
