normalize when import (mpc60)

i notice and see that mpc60 when import prg made by mpc3000 had a normalize function to every sample.
it's ok, but do u know if it possibile to not normalize?

No, not possible. I did a search & couldn't find much on it either,

Na 1st time u load 3000 .snd's in a 60, after it loads it will say 'Normalizing volume'

Only thing i found when i searched is a post w/elmacaco sayin he wasnt sure but thought maybe cuz it's gotta go from 16 to 12 bit.

Yeah that is why. It compresses your sounds to 12 bit for storing purposes.
