Then set the track to a "MIDI" and turn the "PGM" to "OFF"

choose the MIDI channel you have the Reason module on
Example: 1A, 2A, 3A, or 1B, 2B, 3B and so on...

connect the midi in to the midi out of the mpc and then the midi out of the midi uno to the keyboard and then the usb part to your computer. then set your track to midi and turn your PGM off and select your midi channel (1A, 2A, etc.)

oh shit...thats the problem you need to use some 1/4" cables to connect the audio outputs to a interface or soundcard. Whatever you are using to hear music. not the mpc because the sounds are being triggered by the mpc but reason is creating the output.

I have fallowed this tutorial and others on youtube to hook up my mpc and my midikeyboard to Reason, and it works. I have sound, but when i am going to use the sequencer to record a drumpattern or make a miditrack to record a bassline it doesen´t work.
Do anybody have any ideas about that it could be?

If i choose my tempo to be 90 bpm and then press rec and play it says "ext" in the tempofield, and i can´t record a single sound.
Have i missed out on something important?

Has this happened to anybody else? Please can anybody help me? I been on this for almost 3 days now and i really want to do some work soon.

I hope you can understand my english. If you didn´t understand something and want to help me out you can pm me. I will answer as soon as i can.

I use a Mpc 1000 and a CME UF5 midikeyboard. And my inteface ESI Romi/o, to my laptop where i use Reason 4.0.

Have a good day everybody. /F.
