MPC5000 TC Percentage

Hey guys, I just have a quick question. You know how you can select the percent when you're in the Timing Correct screen? Well, does that work like the JJOSXL TC percentage? Like, will 100% give you straight up 100% quanitzation as to where 20% would be more flexible and less rigid?

Thanks for helping me out. On the verge of getting the 5000, just wanted to be sure on this. Thanks.
