I must have done something wrong because I didn't know the mpc took power.

- why can't I hear my sound coming through the mpc when I play a record with the bestesest sample EVA!!!
- how can I route samples through my 8 outs
- I like the blue xl...it's a better version no?
- how do I get those chipmunk vocals?
- I hooked up my mpc using those MIDI cables but I get no sound...whut givez?
- do I need a mixer to sample from vinyl?
- yo I got a motif, a fantom, an mpc and a triton...How do I hook them up?
- those roland mpc's look mad nice...

I wanted to ask those questions for years but never dared to ask them...Finally a thread for n00bz...

I remember that thread for the roland mv2000xl .. that was funny.

Using sentences and paragraphs does make it easier to read though.
