Is it Possible to Name the Hard Drive

2 questions been searching on the board and can't find

1.Is it Possible to Name the Hard Drive on the 4K and if so how???????????

2.what's the largest Jump Drive known on the forum to work with the 4 k

I have used my 75GB Western Digital USB hard drive with know problem

I think you can name the HDD using ak.Sys. I am not positive.

Just plug it in to your comp with the USB and double click and rename it. Like when I hook my 1000 up the Flash Card appears and it use to say "LEXAR" because that was the brand. I just changed it to "MPC".

Aksys or you can do it from the MPC itself

Alright I've tried both and i'm on a Mac, and no action on either tried click and hold, 1 click and double click in akai Sys
and on the Mpc Physically can't find any menu preferences.

when I purchased needlz MPC, the HD his name on it at the top of the Screen. and then I changed it back to say my name... i forgot how I did it tho.

Does your MPC's HD show up in the folders on your mac? If so, try it from there, see what that does...

right click and choose rename from drop down menu

You guys are lazy, it can be done right from the load/save pages using the magic orange button.
