on second thought...if u dont know what an interface is, then best way is to resample the mpc...
take the plug from ur stereo outs , and plug the other end right back into the rec inputs, then record the whole song back into the mpc and it will save as a wave .

I have yet to figure out how to resample a whole song onto the MPC using an XL... though I never thought of doing it, never tried, and never looked up how to in the manual because I would never bother doing that since I dont think it is possible nor do I think the classic or XL has enough ram to do it.

^^^ ya thats what i was thinking. you can't record over like 3 minutes or something. so i would find that rather useless.
nor can you play while sampling.
would be a dope workaround if it was possible.

you might be able to record more then 3 minutes in mono...
Maybe the guy is talking about a function in a newer mpc because they can resample.

2000 and 2000xl can not resample like dodge guy is saying, this is the 2000/xl forum so... go away.

Well the tip was useless, but it's the thought that counts, haha.
