I THOUGHT THERE COULD HAVE BEEN A REMAKE OF BIGG BOSS MAN AND NO ITS NOT A TRICK QUESTION. GRATEFUL DEAD IS FULL OF SAMPLES. YOU JUST HAVE TO GO THRU THE THOUSANDS OF LIVE SHOWS TO FIND THEM

I picked up their whole catalog (studio wise) in a record haul a few years back. I believe every Jerry Garcia record as well (I believe my favorite from that purchase was getting 90 percent of all the little feat records and allman brothers records). Like anything else, there are usable pieces.

Really though, every record has at least one sound that you can use, even the dust/ static noise can be sampled.

gd is an incredible band. all last summer i listened to them on sirious radio. they dedicated a channel to them for a couple months. they have so much material. every show they ever did was recorded and they played 'em all on satelite radio.

if u hear somethingu wanna sample, go for it
