MPC 2000xl- Fantom G8- MBOX 2- Sync All?

Hello fellaz this is actually my first post. I am a proud new owner of a Fantom 68.

I know this question has perhaps been answered. If there is a link to this information please feel free to post. I am familiar with tracking the 2000xl and Mbox. This has worked in the past. I am new to the Fantom's operating system concerning midi and audio settings. I am limited concerning I/O's (Mbox 2) and I want to be as efficient as possble.

What is the best way to sync. all these devices and perhaps an ASR-10 (that is collecting dust).

I just want to come with an efficient way to connect my MPC, Fantom G8, and Mbox 2 all togther.
I will sequence using the MPC as the Master. Fantom as slave. (recommendations otherwise are appreciated)
I would like to be able to track my production in protools using sounds from all three devices- but mainly the MPC and G8.
