not if the video is hd.

its really easy and all you need is two sites:

1. http://File2hd.com
2. http://media-convert.com/

just get the audio from another source. and if its that rare that you can't find it, add &fmt=18 to the end of the url and put it in high quality, then either use one of the links that they gave above, or record it from audacity

if u have firefox they have a plugin that allows u to download any video from the web even youtube...but now you need a converter that can put it into mp4 for itunes to read.

kingrome_1 is right. There's a Firefox add-on that allows you to quickly extract songs from youtube to your ipod. It's called the "Youtube Video Downloader"
