converting songs 4k>5k

my songs are stored with "save all memory" on the 4k.

progamm loading on the 5k works, sequences not (neither all seq. nor single seq.).

is there a way?

Exporting sequences as midi files might help.

these are akai's specs:
Data Compatibility

MPC1000: SEQ, WAV, PGM
MPC2000/2000XL: SEQ, WAV, SND, PGM (Most parameters of PGM file can be loaded.)
MPC4000: SEQ, WAV, PGM (DRUM program only. Only note assign and tune are loaded.)
MPC3000: SND (THRU Computer)
Z4/Z8: SEQ, WAV, PGM (DRUM program only. Only note assign and tune are loaded.)
S5000/6000: WAV only (THRU Computer)
S1000/3000: No compatibility

if the 5k doesn't do what it's expected to do, please write a bug report in the os1.02 bug report section, this should help us all getting it at it's max potential

my fault was that i tried to load "all sequ." cause i allways saved it onto this format.

so far my experience is:
you have to save single sequences on the 4k and reload it on the 5k.
all track assignments are gone, you have to rework it...

loading drum prgs. from 4k works also, but only sample/pad assignment, NOTHING else.
