its supposed to be in T.C. but i have no swing option there  how come?

i also wanted to ask if you guys recomend only tracking through the ST OUT to keep the MPC sound as much intact as possible, while the other 4 outs are supposed to have other bit resolution and sound nothing like the ST OUT

hey thanks for the try but :

you refer to JJOS maual? i dont have one

if you talk about the AKAI manual on p. 13 there is "recording the performance"

going from my MAIN view to F1 (T.C.) i CAN FIND NO SWING written as word anywhere :/ hmmmm

the guy who sold me said the JJOS 1 i have on is registered.... maybe it is not and thats the reason?

but i can save and load and all..

i feel stoopid here but:

on Page 10 in JJ OS 1 pdf manual there is the mention of teh "SWING" thing

but the weird thig is, if i press T.C. i dont get the first 2 Screens that are shown on p. 10 but i get only to the 3rd Screen

not to that midi notes? field with Swing on the top written... but to that one with Q-LINK /CHANCEL/FIX

weird

hmmm

in what way would the person wo sold it to me would have supplied the serial nr. ?

can i see it in the system somewhere?

not that i do a reset and have no serial nr. anymore

and what about my to internal harddsik (40GB) saved data? will it be left untouched?

do i really have to do such a drastic step? is this a known issue that these screens arent there?

thanks for support

Swing can be applied on 16th notes and 32nd notes thru the TC window. Possibly 8th notes too but I'm not sure Im not in front of my MP.

In the window it looks like this

Time: 1/16th SWING: 50%
