Finally...

After waiting for a few months to get things right, I finally bought a MPC1K today. Man it feels so good, now I just got to wait until it comes. I'll holla back when I finally put my hands on it .

Been lurking here for quite some time--doin' a lot of research--downloaded and read the manual already. Anyway, I made the "big decision" and just ordered mine yesterday from Sweetwater (great guys to deal with ).

Yeah, I'm a vet... had my hand inside its chassis a coupla times. I have to give it regular injections of sound, or its color starts fading. Taking care of an animal like this is not for the faint-hearted, but the rewards are worth it...
