There is also a great deal of hoopla over the name "Beat Thang". Regardless of whether people admit it or not "thang" is a part of the english slang vernacular that transcends. Just like a million other words that we use everyday. I studied a great deal on speech in classical theatre studies and people in general do not speak proper English
