Also you don’t have to use a huge ball corner they are available in an array of sizes and there are different styles that are less bulky. They are also pretty reasonable to have made to your specs.
One more thing, what about a handle? How would this be carried? Without a handle it will most likely be picked up by its sides and placed flat during shipment. This would leave the most surface area exposed and with no additional support and nothing to protect the ends items would rest directly on the case. With ball corners the case does not rest flat on the ground and flat objects cant lay directly on it. If this is going to be marketed as a flight case it needs to be durable first and pretty second. Right now its just a storage case. Not trying to tear apart the design but in this case aesthetics should not be the priority.
