Wasn't it packed tight in styrofoam? How could the faceplate bend if there's no room for leverage? Maybe it was already damaged before shipping?

Either I don't even get a glance or I will have to interrupt the "gear professionals" from grabbing each others butts to get a question answered. I am getting pissed off just writing about it...
