You should not sample from youtube, you should ONLY sample from songs that you purchased legally, and you should not pass around any songs you purchased or downloaded, free from he internet you should also not give away sounds you sampled from vinyl to other people , Every song you sample should be a song you purchased as should be every sample you use, people bust their ass to make those songs and try to make a living off em so you should pay for your usage and sampling.
This applies to YOUTUBE just the same as cd's, mp3's, vinyl and cassette
only works deemed in the "public domain" are open game.
As long as you know and accept that it may happen to your beats and/or your songs too without compensation..... sample away as EVERYBODY else does
