I like the idea to enable to connect internal SCSI device i.e. IDE CF reader with SCSI to IDE converter, but soldering the 50 pin SCSI ribbon cable directory to the mainboard is just too time consuming and too easy to make mistake, since it has to be converted to 25 pin to 50 pin.
I don't like the idea of use the SCSI port outside neither, it would look kind of awkward.

When I saw this 25 pin to 50 pin SCSI converter;


I realized that I can solder between the MPC-2000 mainboard's SCSI port (25-pin) to the SCSI converter's PCB board (also 25-pin).
This is much easier than soldering 50-pin SCSI ribbon connector to the mainboard (thus eliminating necessity to convert 25-pin to 50-pin ribbon cable.) With this scheme, the ribbon cable would be connected to the SCSI converter, inside the MPC.
I haven't done it yet, but this is much easier than soldering 50-pin SCSI ribbon cable.

Probably I have to relocate the green wire (ground wire from line voltage), but it should not be too hard, well, making a hole on the bottom plate might be tough, as it is a thick metal plate.
