if you never used an mpc but you are fluent on similar other things such as a roland MV or you have a good chunk of experience on a DAW... maybe a week or so depending on how long it takes to learn the mpc lingo

The **** is straight forward. One piece of serious advice is to push open window on every possible parameter because 90% of the time there are extra options or you can adjust things with greater detail.

It takes longer to learn the natural swing and bounce if an mpc. Piano and mpc are worlds apart. Like jay -z said, you can pay for school but you cant buy class. You can learn functions and and equiptment and all the tricks. If you have no rythim or natural internal pendalum it will take a longtime to ride the mpc how you want to. Good luck.
