At your own risk, of course, get 2 heavy, thermal capable sheets of glass and stick the disc in between them. Set your oven to a lowish temperature (all ovens differ - try on a sacrificial disk first). Leave for a while (again, experiment) and let it cool down in the oven. I've recovered dozens of discs this way. Good luck!
