Yes I followed the tutorials in videos for patch phrase for akai os, but its still not working for my mpc 1000 which has jj os 1, am i doing something wrong?

its hard to tell what you are doing wrong if you dont tell us what you have tried. Go to TRIM window and chop sample, AUTO chop is best IMHO for patched phrase, then hit EDIT then hit CONVERT, choose patch phrase in the newly opened window and hey presto you have a patched phrase. Gotta know the BPM of the sample that you wanna be a patched phrase

Yes I've followed these steps and it still doesn't work, it doesnt even say "PP" at the end of the sample when it goes back to the trim screen. sigh. maybe I should upgrade to jj os 2 or something?
