Ill that was nice man, your studio looks like an aquarium or something with that blue light! Cool setup too, but I feel like I want to buy you a notepad or something. Writing on flyers and napkins haha, hard time for us all man.

 Yeah, I used to have blue and red lights but the 3D effect was messing with my eyes and I'll freak out. So now its Clear and Blue. Oh and the flyers and napkins were just materials available when I'm in that creative mood

Thanks B.Read!!

cool, good insight to your style for sure..

resample your sequenced drum loop is a tasty gem. once i recorded the room just playing a drum loop out the spkrs using a dynamic mic, band passed, then layered it behind the existing beat. made a nice shadow effect and sounded dope when the main beat drops out to the shadow. i got to do that again

lets hear some more sidewalk gully shit,
peace g

An unexpected 8800 appearance. I always thought you just rocked SP's. Cool video though, the lighting in your studio is very calm.

I gotta try that, I got this electric guitar amp from school that was used to test us on recording guitars and at that moment I was thinking "why not hook up the MP and record" Dope idea mang.
jpeg wrote:dope shit illG, talk some more about why u re-sample ur drums to one pad?

I kinda use a sampler like a DAW when I make beats. If a sampler is 16 poly then to me, thats 16 tracks. I'll have like 5 or 6 pads of drum breaks and one shots and make them work with a main sample and build a composition. Then I resample it and made my own break to flip and chop. I do this because I like listening to my music.
