Got a chance to buy one in a local pawnshop for $175, but am worried about the above missing items. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

If you buy it, head to radioshack with it and get a new ac cord for cheap...if the CF card that's missing is the one with stock sounds, you're not missing much. If you really want them, they can be found on the internet.
