Whatsup guys,
I know you can sample sounds into the MPC to get that gritty sound. To do this you have to record the sound, assign it to a pad and then put it on the sequencer, right?
Watch this vid @2.30
He presses record on his MPC, lays down the notes, and when the loop ends it replays the sequence with the sounds that he just recorded, he didn't first assigned the recorded sounds to a pad.
What he does is ideal, all he does is switches tracks and he can keep on rockin without having to stop the track and assign it to a pad first then sequence it, which eventually will lead to losing your mojo.
How did he achieve this?
