I mean to the point where you're going to be thinking about the lights. When I use Maschine, I see the lights and know they are there and they help, but I'm not thinking about the actual lights. They are just there and I'm using them, I'm just not conciously/directly thinking about the pad lights. Know what I'm saying?
Definitely homey.
I had an idea of using the lights to color/highlight specific scales on midi/vst tracks. Basically a way to see "only the keys that work." Of course its this would be ideal basically when I'm not around my other keyboards.
It would actually be cool if I could save the color highlights as templates, for example a D Minor template loaded would highlight the pads that correspond to notes on the D Minor scale in say, green.
I'll try it out when I get it and see how I feel about it.
