I agree.
But also to experience the other machines, you usually have to buy them.
Try making the same beat on different machines, that's a challenge which will expose the limitations of the older machines and also help improve your production skills.
Get one of the OG Linn machines in your multi-mpc setup and most wont want to let it go. But you also have cats with little patience or interest in nostalgia, they want everything done as quickly as possible, auto chop, patch phrase, synths, USB, etc etc...
Each to his own really.
