Any difference in audio quality or "tone" added from an audio interface in a modern instrument like this is negligible IMHO.
There is so much more that is going to come out of my sound design and mix engineering that I could care less if something adds a tiny bit of tone or a boost or dip at some frequency, I'm just going to mix around it anyway.
This seems like a huge waste of time to care so much about this but to each their own I guess. Have fun trying to figure this out you guys 
I agree with this, but I dont think this is about the sound but more about false advertising more than anything else.. prior to release wasnt ren promoted with all these bells and whistles that didnt make the release ?.
