Hello, mates.
I read all about it and tried several options with zip drive connection. I got MPC 3k LE and IOMEGA ZIP 100. What I've tried:
1) setting scsi routing to 5 or 6
2) both zip scsi ports in zip drive
3) formatting disk without having the disk recognised (I read that it's possible)
4) putting random zips into the drive
5) i've exchanged the fuse from n25 to ptc rue 110.
All that didn't help and I'm really pissed, because I've bought the drive with lots of zip disks and i need it. What's next: I want to avoid buying new scsi board (not to mention that I can't afford it now - I need to get it from USA).
P.S. I've changed the fuse today and when I switched on mpc after that I've noticed it's strange act: normally the screen just shows the 'AKAI CO.' etc. but now it went BLANK and with all lights on for maybe 10 seconds and then jumped to screen where it looks for scsi drive.
Thanks for the feedback in advance.
