not really... 1.20 is the newest version... it's identical to 1.14 except it works for IDE cf card readers that wont function in 1.14.. once in a while a cf reader model might work in 1.14... it doesn't happen often that you find one... so 1.20 removed a thing or two to fit the new data (like in 1.20 the 1gb cf card size thing where it views all cards like they are 1 gb)
generally... you would always go with 1.14, but if you have no choice then use 1.20.
