For the most part, yes. Certain MPC's have this feature. You can also layer more than one sample and more than one keygroup, to add to your sound. Similar to taking a sample, copying it and changing the pitch as many times as you want. Your MPC probably has the 16 levels feature, which is the same concept.

When you say someones tune is just sh*t your looking like a child yourself, why not try explaining your point of view so that the beatmaker can benefit from it, I listened to his beat and it's well mixed, it has a lovely flow, and sounds like a soundtrack for an animation where spaceships are landing, levels are good the finish is clear, and it's abstract in it's own right, is this what you mean, it's too much for you so you call it sh*t. Hiphop has changed we are all chilled on here and have a laugh, coming in with some G troll attitude is not going to get you anywhere, maybe change the way you comment and the responses might be better.
