Listen to this man, you can do it all in the box.
Here's my timestretch method straight from the Caiman Scroll.
Set a blank sequence to 4 bars. Then record the sample into the sequence. When it goes into Overdub, adjust the BPM until the metronome is in time with your sample. If it sounds perfect, write down the BPM. Do this with as many samples as you like, in that you'll figure out their BPMs.
Ok, NOW! The nitty gritty. Set your desired BPM to a sequence. In this case its 50bpm so we'll use that as an example. We have a sequence at 50bpm using 4 bars ready to record. But wait! before recording, lets go into Trim mode and Timestretch the samples. So, if you heard right and the sample is at 112bpm, then you input that into the Origin and then you're gonna input 50bpm into the New because you want it to fit the sequence. Your sample will be timestretched and fit into the sequence and they'll be at 50bpm and 4bars.
Peace
