im sure yall heard alot of beats and i have a question how do they have have the beat playing at a tempo of 90 bpm and have a certain insyrument playing at a 100 bpm

for example if you download the santanas town instrumental the beat is playing at like 93 bpm then listen to the snares youll see they are going faster then the beat itself
