The sticker on the back does not always tell the full story.
If your MPC has the Skynet SNP-9541-M switching power supply installed, then you will be able to use it without a converter as it is a universal input power supply. Most MPCs in the US shipped with these, however you will have to check inside yours to make sure a different one is installed.
To check, you will have to open up your MPC and look at the model number of the installed power supply.

That card reader will work with the MPC, however it is more important to find a compatible Compact Flash card that is identified as a fixed drive by the MPC.
Many people here have had success with the Sandisk cards however it can be trial and error until you find one that works.
