I agree totally with you , but schematics is not avalaible.
If schematics were avalaible , a lot of people would have done it since years.
Doing a replica of a PCB without schematics is not that "It's not hard ... PCB replicated" story.
It's the invert , it becomes very hard to get the PCB replicated because you have to reverse enginering the whole circuit concept.
Doing this with these IB105 & IB109 is a nightmare.

"Cheap" does mean nothing because it depends on a lot of factors :
- PCB size
- Number of layers
- Material
- + other more techincal factors
and what will have the more impact on the price , the :
- QUANTITY
If you order 10pcs , the price will be expensive.
Let's take an en example :
Your album is recorded , mixed , mastered. Cover design and all is done.
You order a quantity to a factory. You agree that some operations have a price that not depending on the quantity (glas master / cover ....)
Imagine all these operations cost : 200€.
* If you order 10pcs , the price of one CD will be expensive.
* If you order 1000pcs the price per CD will be less
The more quantity you order , less price per CD is.
So, for PCB , it's exactly the same.
If you order 1000pcs the price will be cheap but is it possible to sale 1000pcs?
Add all electronic parts + those hard to find (price)
Add metal work (face plate + PCB holder)
Add Ribbon cables
Add worldwide shipping for each order
Understanding (or not) all these factors bring us to the different points of view concerning the price.
