Well just understand it took them a year and a half to add a list edit, so how long will it take them to fix the mixer? add automation? multi core? You guys realize it may be another year and a half before the Ren can do fully what it advertises.
Sure I understand. But I already knew that Ren was going to be like this when I bought it (that it would have bugs, and it would receive new features down the line). I also understand that developing a product ain't easy and fast, especially the economical state we're in.
I bought Ren just because I was bored to death with FL Studio. I needed something new that would inspire me to make music again. I already knew it would prolly take about a year to get used to the workflow, so I pretty much was fine being a "beta tester".
And as I've never used a MPC before, I don't have the burden of the "missing features" you guys are used to with your older MPC's. I really don't have much use for the event list editing for example.
But overall I'm not saying that I'm 100% happy with it, not at all... But I'm still keeping mines and we'll see if Akai can come up with fixes and features.
EDIT: And that bedroom producer BS... C'mon...
