No, if you look at the closeup photo of the label on the adapter, there is a diagram showing that it is positive tip, which is incorrect for the MPC500, it has to be negative tip. It should look like the diagram on the right...

...some adapters have removable tips, which you can swap around to give either positive tip or negative tip, but that one looks like it is fixed as positive tip.
It also outputs a current of 2A (2 amps, or 2000mA), when it should be 0.6A (0.6 amps, or 600mA). That would be OK if the power supply is regulated, not OK if the power supply is unregulated, and I am not sure if the description mentions whether it is regulated or unregulated, as I can't read it.
