I'm located near Zurich (about 20 min in direction bern/basel from zurich).
I use an eps 16+ for samples and i know ure more limited than me on sample time but even b4 that i never sample anything in stereo. Always mono, listen to the record decide which side u like the best, or sample one bar from the left 1 from the right and switch it up when i map out. I like using only one side at a time i find it more interesting, but to each their own. i personally hate sampling stereo.
