How are you Chino? I hope you and the live are rocking out.
Im optimistic that the 2.0 will be good throughout the course of time. Im really not having any issues with it. The other issue lm having lm going to see if l can resolve today.
Yes sir! Don't might get it, do it! LOL
bro PreSonus put a Neve EQ, Pultec EQ, 1176 compressor/limiter, and LA-2A comp/limiter in the Fat Channel.
You can now record through your plugins from your interface with almost no latency like UAD plugins does
without having to buy any expensive DSP hardware like the Apollo etc. They made this dope. That means you can have the Neve 1073 plugin and record through it like it was hardware. They give it for FREE!
You also now have separate buffer settings. One for direct recording into S13, without latency, and the other buffer plays all the tracks without
any glitching. Dope!
There’s a ton more, these are just a few. There’s about 60 new additions. I love Studio One!
I have the whole Fabfilter bundle l am like so set. S1v3.5 native plugins is dope l don't need nothing else.
With the addtion of Reason 9.5 taking VSTS and having PDC lm in heaven. S1V3 having console one which is like having the SSL 4000 and VCA faders dude we are sitting in heaven. S1v3 has a different sound than Reason and l love them both. Ive always said at leadt have 2 DAWs on had and these are my choices.
I almost bought into the Slate touch screen. I was told get THE FADER PORT 8! Lmao.
F8 can rock not only S1v3 but the entire Reason interface. That right there seals the deal for me!
These are the last things lm getting.
1. Sound Iron Elysium Harps.
2. Spectrasonics Keyscape
3. Fader Port 8
I buy into sounds like refills for Reason and sounds for Omnisphere 2. I have over 100,000 sounds in Omnisphere. Its overkill but its a good overkill for me. Never can have to many sounds and they don't cost much.
So yeah do your thing you will be happy.
Ive stopped getting caught up in the new long ago. And just get what l need for my work flow and save money.

Good point! Depending on how the final release of MPC 2.0 software/hardware OS pans out….. I just might end up upgrading my Studio One DAW to version 3.5 & adding the Faderport 8 - and call it a day.
Sometimes I get caught up in the 'new and flashy' products. I realize that I already have everything I need to make music. New products can be creatively inspirational but are more of a want than a need.
