Trying not to be negative but I don't see this happening. I think they want to keep these things separate. It's good marketing. Too much carry over from product to product just blurrs the line. They would love for MPC X and Live owners to go out and buy this thing

I think they'll put a lot of the Force stuff into the MPC firmware. For a start, the MPC users are really going to kick off if they don't.

I also cannot see the target customers overlapping too much on these products, different workflows, different focus, different hardware options. If I was buying something with a primary focus of clip-based live work, I'd be going for the Force every time.

It's hard for people to see it, because they think Akai Pro = MPC.

guess it isn't trying to eat the MPC X/Live lunch as a studio center piece... but yeah starting to feel the intent will be to have this and the MPC. Marketing

It's safe to say, that all the MPC LIVE/X beta testers aka early adopters, did the work 2 year ago. All those bug reports paid off. Ebay will be overloaded with 500 dollar MPC lives in 2 hours.

They do not mention the MPC Software in controller mode at all. They only mention Ableton.

I'm sure most of that will transfer over to the MPC Live and X.

Is it true Force will have 4gb?
If so, we are **** up.
Better fx and warping will work on more powerful Cpu but not on 2gb Mpc.
