Once the Software could not transfer MPC 4000 files over, without having to rebuild the entire track. The software was a no go. I never needed it for tracking, just transferring old project files.

With the Ableton integration, they wrote a driver so it can control Ableton and run standalone all together. Why they didn't do that before.

Exactly, it should've been strictly a utility program, for transferring old Akai Projects. It's going to take at least 5 years to catch up. So it's better if they just purchase Ableton or FL Studios and call it a day. If they're for sale. Or here's an idea, port the software over from the DPS 24 and Ak Sys.
