MPC One Factory Content

Trying to get the MPC One Factory Content installed for use in the MPC Software. When I log into my Akai account, I only see PC and Standalone options available there. Does anyone else see a Mac option in their account? I tried downloading the Standalone version and dragging it into the Content folder (same way I installed the MPC Legacy Content in the past), but it doesn't work.

Weird I have both Mac and PC versions of everything in my account. Maybe write to their support team?? Their website has been **** since about June of last year since they did their last big "update" and it works about half the time and fails for the other half. Last summer and up until the end of the year, it was giving people bogus iLok codes heh. Everyone had to wait until support had a chance to write them back with a new code that worked. My account never had the current version of the MPC Software available until 2.7 came out. Mine had 2.3 up until then. I had to download the demo and install that to get updates until recently. I was shocked as hell that 2.7.2 was in my account right away!

I have MAC and PC versions of everything else in my account. Just no MAC version of the MPC One content. I sent an email to their support team.

Support got back to me and said the Mac installer for the MPC One Content package is still being developed.

I agree. They told me use the standalone package through file browser for now. Hoping someone else with an MPC ONE can confirm whether or not they have a Mac installer for that package in their account. I have Mac installers for everything else in mine, including the F9 Expansion that came with the One.

I have to sell my MPC live tomorrow, but for "error" I canceled all the factory content (demo project, sample factory etc.), I wrote the akai support (they will be slow to respond to Covid), Someone send me (download link) the recovery file via PM?

hello everyone! i recently purchased an mpc one from mercari and noticed when i went to project defaults and new project dialog it says demo (not installed) or demo/template/recent (not installed)

wondering if y'all have any advice on what i should do

i imagine i would need to install factory content

i use a mac if that helps

any and all information would be greatly appreciated
