I want to buy an SD card to use for multiple things and not just my samples/mpc stuff but read in a few places a bigger SDXC card might not work in the mpc live...true?

??

Perhaps this will change as/when disc streaming comes along.

Also, sd cards are unreliable - I am not sure if storing 512gb of data you can lose any time on an sd card is a good idea...

I've been using a large SD card b/c its sleek but my friend brought to my attention that USB drives have faster read/write times. Anyone care to comment??
with the 2GB limit, I only think it matters in the context of switching between projects.
