ok newbie here lookin at gettin an MPC60.
some questions to ask you guys
1. What is the max stereo sampling time?I heard it was 26 seconds or somethin....
2. in theory if i sampled an instrumental break of say 4 bars on another sampler....
then pitched it up say...
three octaves...sample it into the mpc60 could i then retrieve my sample
and pitch it down 3 octaves to retain it to it's original Pitch/tempo....
in doin this would it still hold the same clarity(in the term clarity i dont mean bit rate...i know it will have sampled at the 12-bit rate into the mpc60) or would it sound messed up coz i pitched it down??
3. Would a SCSI 100meg Iomega drive be compatible...(the one i have is 50 Pin)
Thanks
