Try Zooming in on the Sample End, and activate the Snap Function, then Scroll the End Marker a Smiggian. Then Play with the Release Envelope of the the Sample.
Or if you're on 2.10 play with the Tail Length Function on the Program Edit (Sample Tab) screen

I think like a MPC. A program is a tool. If the sculpture don't look right, Don't blame the chisel..

POPS and CLICKS happen because of a waveform not ending on a zero point and/or sudden drop/increase in volume. Inexperience is a big factor in this. The more you understand zero crossings, waveforms, envelopes the easier wave editing gets. All goes back to what 40Beatz said above.
