I am preparing a live set and have 10 tracks. I've broken it into two projects of 5 songs (sequences) each. All of the songs in the first half have an audio track (approx 3'30" stem for each), all have a simple midi program for click to an ext drum machine and most have maybe 4 to 8 tracks of triggered samples (drum programs). A few also have a track or two of VST programs.
In the last few days these projects have begun glitching a lot and usually stopping dead at a certain point. After a few seconds I get control back. Obv this is not acceptable for a live situation and I'm trying to find out what is causing it. Some of the samples in the drum programs are 4-8 seconds long. Am I better off using Clip Programs for those?
I don't think it's the stems alone that are causing this since one of the glitchy sequences has no stem at all.
I check the CPU usage and it says 70%. Memory is 57%.
Thoughts?
